Once the complaint is received, Liberty shall acknowledge receipt of the complaint within twenty four (24) hoursAll complaints will be resolved within seven (7) working days.
If no resolution has been reached within forty five (45) working days from the date the complaint has been filed, you are entitled to refer the matter to the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA).
It is good to note that the IRA will only consider complaints which the Liberty has attempted to resolve but has failed or that the complainant is not satisfied with the outcome.
